Are you a factory? #1

We are power adapter factory and manufacturer. With over 17 years of experience. We have passed the ISO9001-2015 international quality system certification, and all products have passed CCC, UL/CUL, ETL, CTUVUS, FCC, GS, CE, CB, BSMI, PSB, SAA, RCM, PSE, EK, ROHS and other certifications,specializing in Class VI power adapters, wall charger products. Provide OEM and ODM services.

Can you provide samples for testing? #2

1-5pcs samples are available, and the delivery time is usually 3-5 days (generally). Custom order samples based on our products will take about 5-10 days. The proofing time of special complex samples depends on the actual situation.

About sample fee:
(1) If you need samples for quality checking, the sample fee and freight should be charged by the buyer.
(2) Free samples are available after order confirmation.
(3) After the order is confirmed, the sample fee can be refunded to you.

What are your terms and payment terms? #3

T/T, L/C or negotiate with sales representative.

Can you make new molds according to the custom specifications I need? #4

Yes, we can customize the size and specifications of the new mould.

What is the normal delivery time? #5

Our production time usually takes about 15-20 days. For normal products, we will send the goods to you within 7-15 working days after receiving your payment. For special products, 20-35 days after receiving 30% T/T deposit or L/C at sight.

How about your quality control? #6

We have our own QC team to inspect each order.About our product quality， our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality according to AQL standard. The quality control system: IQC→PQC→FQC→OQC. Every process will be checked strictly. 50000Hours working span.Each finished product will go through at least 24 hours aging test before shipping

How do we choose the shipping method? #7

For small orders, we suggest you choose express, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc. For larger orders, we suggest you choose sea shipping. If you are in a hurry, you can choose to ship by air. We will help you choose the most efficient shipping method according to your detailed requirements.

How to deal with when the goods have problem within 2 years ? #9

Customer no need shipping RMA back, replacements will be provided in new order directly!

Can I visit your factory? #10

We warmly welcome your visit. We recommend dear customers and friends to come and visit. We will arrange the reception itinerary in advance, prepare the transportation in advance, and arrange free pick-up and drop-off services.
